Stretch  marks

Stretch marks are white or red spindly strands on the skin formed by tearing deep layers of skin. They are a problem not only for women but also for men. They appear not only on the stomach, hips, thighs or breasts, but also on the calves, underarms or on the inside part of the shoulders. During pregnancy, they are a fairly common problem due to hormonal fluctuations, excessive stretching of the skin, weakening or rupture of collagen and elastin fibres that build up the skin structure. Stretch marks are unfortunately a problem for most women. Prevention and reduction of the existing ones is quite a challenge. You should act very quickly before stretch marks change from red to white. And then the results will be satisfying.
