Chemical Peels

Contemporary cosmetology offers patients more and more luxurious and innovative treatments. The most popular ones are chemical peels because they are efficacious and regenerate the epidermis, lighten discoloration, remove excessive keratosis and regulate sebum secretion. Moreover, they reduce wrinkles, increase skin hydration and improve its texture. Mediderma was one of the first companies to introduce dermocosmetics with fruit acids and breakthrough liposomes, which allow active ingredients to reach the deepest skin layers.

Types of chemical peel

DNA Recovery Peel
DNA Recovery Peel

The first nanotechnological peeling to repair DNA damage. The action of ferulic acid enriched with DNA reparative enzymes and zinc and amino acids acts to stabilize the DNA chain structure. Growth factors together with retinaldehyde and retinol help to accelerate epidermal repair and model the overactivity of disturbed melanocytes.

Ferulac Peel
Ferulac Peel

Thanks to its antioxidant properties it neutralizes free radicals and strengthens the action of vitamins C and E. It protects the skin against UVA and UVB radiation, minimizing the damage it causes to DNA on a cellular level. It controls the activity of tyrosinase and thanks to this has brightening and preventing discolouration influence. It stimulates cancer cell apoptosis.

Mandelac is a line of products based on the mandelic acid, recommended mainly for the skin intolerant to other alpha hydroxy acids (so-called AHA acids). It is commonly used in the case of photoaging, irregular pigmentation, inflammatory acne, and to prepare the skin for fractional laser treatments. It is suitable for sensitive skin because

it has large particles, which ensures slower penetration through the stratum corneum and does not cause pinching or irritation.

Tranexamic Acid (TRX)
Tranexamic Acid (TRX)

It has depigmenting properties, reduces division and proliferation of melanocytes. Prevents the appearance of possible post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Accelerates the restoration of skin barrier function.

Melaspeel R

Pyruvic Peel
Pyruvic Peel

Works on the levels of epidermis and dermis. It makes connections between epidermal cells looserand prevents thickening of the stratum corneum. Exfoliation is carried out without drying effect.

Salicylic acid (Salipeel DS)
Salicylic acid (Salipeel DS)

It has keratolytic, comedolytic and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as anti-scouring, antibacterial, astringent, anti-aging and photoprotective ones. It is a safe peeling without the risk of burns.

Azelac (Azelaic acid)
Azelac (Azelaic acid)

It unifies skin tone, controls skin changes associated with the acne process (regulates bacterial proliferation, excessive sebum secretion and formation of reactive oxygen species), with rosacea (reduces redness, pustules and papules) and hyperkeratosis. It has properties normalizing the keratinization process and regulates skin pigmentation.

3-retinol system (Yellow Peel)
3-retinol system (Yellow Peel)

A combination of three types of retinoids using nanotechnology. The skin does not exfoliate rapidly and it is not irritated. Exfoliation takes place in three stages: after three, seven and ten days. The peeling works deeper, it is released more slowly and is less irritating.
